Due to severe heat index predicted for Friday, July 19, we have decided to cancel racing this week. We feel exposing our racers, fans, and staff to this 100+ degree heat would cause more harm then good. The Jr. Sportsman Champ Money Race that was scheduled for this week will be rescheduled to Friday, August 2. The Racing Action will be WIDE OPEN at the 1/8 Mile Bullring in the Pocono’s this Friday, July 19. This week the young guns of the Jr. Sportsman Champ Division will be duking it out in a 20-Lap Dash for $150 Cash to winner (5 kart min.)! On top of that we have a Complete Regular Show of All Classes of Karts, Champs, Microstocks, and Slingshots as drivers continue to battle for the coveted Snydersville Championships and rack up those Points! So come on out and bring the Family for some Exciting Friday Night Racing in the Pocono’s! Gates open at 4:30pm, Drivers Meeting at 6pm, Practice at 6:15pm, and Racing is to begin at 7pm. Jr. Sportsman Champ Specs:
• ENGINES: WKA Flathead (Blue .500 Restrictor) @ 300 LBS, AKRA Box Stock Clone (Green .425 Restrictor with Open Clutch & Pipe)** @ 300 LBS, or WKA Animal (Blue 2 Hole .275 Top, .375 Bottom Restrictor) @ 320 LBS
• Ages 8-12
• Any Burris Tire Compound on All 4 Four Corners of the Kart
• $35 to enter the Money Race
• **FUEL RULE (Clone): Drivers must use Sunoco 87‐octane fuel from: 4300 Manor Drive/Middle Easton Belmont Pike Stroudsburg, PA 18360‐9496. Fuel must test within +/‐10 points on the Fuel Tester. Snydersville Raceway uses  Sunoco 87‐octane fuel from the specified gas station to zero the Fuel Test Gauge. Fuel can be checked anytime at drivers request for legality.

An exciting night of racing is set for this Friday, July 12 as Checkered Flag Fan Club (CFFC) will be joining us to sign up drivers/pit crew/racing families for the club which helps CFFC Members if they would get hurt while racing. The Feature Winners who are members of CFFC will receive a jacket if they win their feature(s). On top of that the 10th Annual Walt Smith Memorial is on the docket for the Briggs Stock Heavy class. The Walt Smith Memorial drivers will go 25-Laps and go for the grand prize of $300 TO WIN GUARANTEED. Plus the Microstock Racing League is set to stop in to duke it out in a 20-Lap dash around the 1/8 mile bullring. Finally, we have a complete Regular Show of Karts, Champs, Microstocks, and Slingshots as the drivers duke it out for the 2019 Point Championships! Come on out Racers and Fans and join the action at the 1/8 mile Bullring of the Pocono’s “Where It’s Dirt Racing at Its Best!” Gates will open at 4:30pm, Practice at 6:15pm, Racing at 7pm.
