Snydersville Raceway will sit another week on hold as the COVID 19 continues to rampage our county. However, there is some light at the end of the tunnel. We are continuing to work with Senator Scavello on opening the raceway as soon as possible (possibly May 16th). This all depends on the plans we have in place and if we will be approved to open by our Senator. We appreciate all the help and advice from the senator as he cares about getting us back open.
In place, we will hold another iRacing event featuring ARCA cars at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Concord 250 on Friday, May 8. We will also be running an off the broadcast race featuring the 305 Sprints at Lanier. To register for the event for https://snydersvilleraceway.com/iracing-entry. Come on out Drivers. More cash is up for grabs this Friday night, May 1. The NASCAR Whelen Tour Modifieds will be duking it out in a 100 Lap Race around Bristol Motor Speedway for a $100 winning prize. At 50 Cars, the payout will payback to the 10th position. You can view the payout sheet below. Also on the cards, we have the Winged 410 Sprints at Lanier in the Bullring 50! It will pay $50 to win with payout back to the 5th position courtesy of Wicked Speed GraphX and Demott Racing! Come signup and race with us this week in some wild racing action at Bristol and Lanier. This Friday Night, May 1 the Modifieds will hit the High Banks of Bristol Motor Speedway and the Winged 410 Sprints will be Flying around Lanier National Speedway. Both races being held at Night will featuring some exciting high power, wheel to wheel racing action. The Nascar Whelen Modifieds will be running for $100 to win at 50 entries with the Top 10 getting paid out. The purse for the mods could reach upwards of $500! The entry fee to enter the modified race is $5.
The Sprints cars will be running for $25 to win, 2nd gets $15, and 3rd get $10 courtesy of Wicked Speed Graphix! There is no entry fee for the sprint cars this week!

Racing will once again be cancelled for Friday, May 1 at Snydersville. We will continue to hold an iRacing event this Friday involving Winged 410 Sprints at Lanier and The Nascar Whelen Tour Modifieds at Bristol. Details on the event will come Tuesday, April 28.
ATTENTION drivers and teams, we are working with our PA State Senator to open up for Saturday Practice. However, if we get the clearance this will not occur till next Saturday, May 9. We will post if the practice is a go or not. Details will be released upon receiving information.
Race Entries are piling in for the Wild West 150 featuring the NASCAR Whelen Tour Modifieds at Phoenix International Raceway, and the race is drawing the attention of locally and Nationally known drivers and crew. With 74 entries in so far from 10 different states, the racing action will be hot and heavy.
One of the entries for Friday’s race is NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour standout Max Zachem. Max Zachem was a full-time competitor in the touring series from 2015 to 2017 where finished 5th in the tour standings in 2016 among many modified legends. This Friday night, he will be piloting the Foxwoods Resort Casino #20 Modified in hopes of capturing the win and prize money!
Joining in the ranks as well is Joe Mooney, a crew member of the 2019 World Of Outlaws Sprint Car Champion Brad Sweet. Joe grew up in Pennsylvania racing at Mahoning Valley Speedway and is no stranger to racing an asphalt modified.
Jimmy Zacharias, a multi-time Chemung Speedrome Modified Champion, third-generation modified driver, and the 2015 NASCAR Whelen All American Series Champion of New York, will be virtually strapping up for the 150 Lap Race at Phoenix. Zacharias, a modified veteran, is looking to capture the win against the stacked field of diverse racers.
Coming out Race of Champions Modified Series to compete this Friday is Austin Beers driving the Delange Racing #45 modified and Tommy Rought driving the #40 Modified. Coming out of a different division in the ROC to compete this is Friday is ROC Super Stock Competitor Andy Crane!
From the dirt side of racing, many strong competitors have entered to grab the money from pavement veterans, including Grandview 358 Modified drivers Briggs Danner & Louden Reimert, New Eygpt Speedway competitor Ryan Simmons, Short Track Super Series competitor Joe Toth, and Grandview Sportsman Modified racer Doug Snyder. Coming out of the Xcel Modified Tourinng Series we have Josh Pepe and Aaron Bowes!
Lastly, from the local pavement stock car tracks, a mix of Mahoning Valley Speedway and Wall Stadium drivers will be joining in like Johnny Bennett, Kyle Scisco, Carsten DiGiantomasso, Tommy Flanagan, Cody Kohler, Scott Meckes, and Neil Rutt III.
