The 2023 Snydersville Raceway season is set to open with an action-filled evening of racing on Friday, April 7! The De-Icer will feature hot and heavy action to melt the Ice aware as the AllStar Slingshots open with a $ 500-to-win event presented by Unlimited Ground Works of Nazareth, PA. On top of that, the Briggs Stock Heavy division will open its season with a 25-Lap $ 250-to-win event. On top of that, we will have all weekly classes of Karts, Champs, Microstocks, Slingshots, and the Inaugural JuiceBox race starting their pursuit of the 2023 Point Championship. Gates will open at 4:30pm, Driver’s Meeting will be 6pm, Practice by Division will begin at 6:15pm, and Racing will start at 7:30pm. See you all on Friday!

Due to the soaking rain predicted tonight through early Saturday afternoon, we will cancel Practice for April 1. Note, we will not reschedule practice and go into Friday Night Racing. We will allow for additional practice time and split practice by classes for this Friday Nights Race.

The Quarter Midget Super Nationals will be postponed to April 22 due to conflicts with the promotion team’s schedule. More information will be posted in the coming week.

This Saturday will be the day to get the bugs out as all divisions participating at Snydersville in 2023 will get a chance to test and tune on the 1/8th mile bullring. Practice Day will only be a Pit Pass: $20, regardless of driver or non-driver, Ages 4 & Under/Infants will have the normal discount applied. Gates open will open at 10am and Practice will run from 12pm to 6pm. Note, if this practice is rained out, we will not reschedule and go into Friday Night Racing. We will allow for additional practice time and split practice by classes for the initial Friday Night Race.

Due to rain on Saturday, March 25, we will cancel Practice and reschedule it for Saturday, April 1. With Practice being moved to April 1, the Friday Night De-Icer on March 31 will be moved to April 7 which will include the $500 to Win AllStar Slingshots, $250 to win Briggs Stock Heavy, a Regular Show, and the JuiceBox Division. We will see the Mini Mods first race on Friday, April 14, due to their Bi-weekly Schedule. Have a great weekend everyone and see you next Saturday for Practice.

This Saturday, we began our final preparations to get the 2023 Racing Season underway with our Track Cleanup Day. We have a lot, including scraping the wall of loose paint, painting the walls (both inside and out), painting the tires, picking rocks, repairing stuff, and cleaning up the grounds. Please let Alex know you’re coming by messaging the Snydersville Raceway Facebook Page, so we can get a headcount for lunch. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions so we can coordinate a food order for you on Saturday.

We will have a limited supply of paint rollers, paint brushes, rakes, shovels, buckets, and scrapers/wire brushes, but we ask that you please bring the following in case we have a lot of people:

• Paint Roller or Brush
• Scraper (aka Putty Knife) or Wire Brush
• Shovel
• Rake
• Bucket
• Drill or Impact Gun
