Stroudsburg, PA – We kick off the Official Start of Summer with some Short Track Dirt Racing in the Poconos on Friday, June 27. The AllStar Slingshots will highlight the evening in the 5th Running of the Jim Bassett III Memorial, where drivers have their chance at $500 to win a payday! The Slingshots will have Green, White, Checkered Qualifying and a 30-Lap Feature. On top of that, we will have a $150 to win Sr. 206 Champ Money Race consisting of Qualifying and a 20-Lap Feature. The first 250 people (13+) will get a ticket for Saturday’s Kids Day at Pocono Raceway for NASCAR! Also scheduled for the evening is the Sr. 206 Champs, which is going for $150 to win in a 20-lap Dash!
