Last Friday, we announced at the drivers meeting that we will be integrating My Race Pass into our Registration, Lineup, and Race Management Stack at Snydersville! MRP integrates with our MyLaps scoring system and will introduce a few new features:

1. Quicker/Online Registrations: We plan to add a pre-registration each week to allow drivers to sign up for that week’s race. We plan to open the registration the Wednesday before at 12am EST and close it at 12pm EST on Friday. Our goal is to help speed up the line and get our racers strapped in to go racing! So RACERS, please create your driver profile and pre-register to save time! The Link to the Overall Track Registration is at https://www.myracepass.com/tracks/2558/registrations/

How are we paying for registrations and passes since it shows the class as FREE?

You will still be paying at the track for registration and pit/grandstand passes. That will not change unless stated by the track. All fees can be found in the current year’s rule book or on our website. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit Cards at the track.

What does that mean about people wanting to show up and register?

You will be able to arrive at the track and register as we do now. That will never go away, and there will be no penalty for not pre-registering online unless stated by the track. The same cutoff time applies for pill draws each Friday, which is 6:30pm.

For this week, we ask that you bear with us as we acclimate to the new system.

2. Computerized Pill Draws: Alex announced the retirement of the poker chips and welcomed in the digital age of random number generators. The drivers will CONTINUE to pick their number at sign-in by pressing a Big Red Button at each window. As of now, each class will have a pill draw pool of 1-200.

3. Digital Lineups: While the paper lineups have become accustomed to our Friday night routines, you will now be able to view your classes lineups on the MRP app for FREE! Our goal in the near future is to eliminate the flagstand lineup board, but that will be a slow process. We will keep the grid paper lineups as we always have.

4. Live Timing/Results/Points: We will continue to use Race Monitor and Mylaps Speedhive for Live Timing, but we will welcome MRP to our list of Live Timing Apps. Official Results and Points will still be pushed to Mylaps Speedhive after each night.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the track or MyRacePass for account questions
