Cleanup Day & Awards postponed to March 27, Practice now on Sat. April 3.

Due to snow and muddy grounds at the track, the cleanup/awards day has been postponed to March 27 at 10am. This will also push the Practice day to Saturday, April 3rd, and our opening night now Friday, April 9. The 2020 Awards will be scheduled for distribution on Saturday, March 27. We will have more details on what time that will occur. Enjoy the week and upcoming weekend and we will see you on the 27th.

2021 Pit Spot Reservations open for RENEWALS

As the season is fast approaching we have opened an ONLINE PAYMENT STORE to renew pit spots from 2020. You can click the Reserve Pit Parking link in the menu and then click on 2021 Reserve Parking. Once you have the product page loaded, select your renewal spot from the drop-down and add it to the cart. If you have 2 spots, you will have to go back and add the other spot to the cart. All Pit Spots are $75 each for the year. All major credit & debit cards are accepted. Current racers that have reserve spots from 2020, have until the end of Practice to renew the spot. As for the unreserved spots from 2020, we will be opening sales within the next few days for the purchase of those spots.

2021 Rules Meeting to be held ONLINE this Sunday, March 7 @ 3PM. Register Below!

Due to restrictions still, we will be holding our 2021 Annual Rules Meeting over Microsoft Teams on Sunday, March 7 at 3:00 pm Eastern. We will go over the rules for the 2021 racing season and then open it up for Q&A at the end of the meeting. Mics are not required as there will be a chat to post questions. Crossed Flags are up as we hit Race #7 of the Wide Open Wednesday Series. We head to Cedar Lake with the Mods!

We are crossing the flags here in the Wide Open Wednesday Series as we hit Race #7 this Wednesday, January 13. We have changed the schedule for this week and have shifted to the new Cedar Lake track with the 358 and Big-Block Modifieds. We have plenty of open spots to race in the series, with our current weekly average of 35-40 cars, and more cars mean a higher paying payout. Join us this Wednesday in the Live NRN Broadcasted Wide Open Wednesday Series presented by Snydersville Raceway. Here are some housekeeping items and reminders for the series:

1. This is a Paid series, and PAYMENTS FOR RACING WEEK #7 IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2021, by 6PM. If you don’t submit a payment by the specified time, you won’t be allowed to compete (unless you have a good and valid reason). For this series, we will be using PayPal and Venmo to collect entries and send payouts. The entry fee for each race is $5. You may also pay all of the race entry fees in advance, which is $40 ($5 x 8 Races = $40). The money being collected is 100% going back to the racers in weekly payout and the point fund. Payment info can be requested by emailing racingpromotions1@gmail.com

2. RACE #7 INFORMATION & ORDER OF EVENTS: It will be a Stock Setup for both the 358 and Big-Block Modified. It will be a Day simulated race starting in the time frame of 12pm in the sim.
THE ROOM PASSWORD WILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA EMAIL TO THOSE WHO PAID.
Time Schedule (in EST):

  • 7:30PM: MANDATORY DRIVERS MEETING ON DISCORD in the Drivers Meeting Channel. (Roll will be taken. If you don’t show or have representation, you will start last in the heat)
  • 7:45PM: Room Opens. Group Practice Begins (2 Rounds per Group – Do Not Join the Track Until Called Over Race Control in iRacing)
  • 8:15PM: Qualifying (3 Laps – 5 Minutes)
  • 8:20PM: Heats (10 Cars – 8 Laps, Top 4 Transfer to the Feature)
  • D-Main (12 Cars – 12 Laps, Top 3 to the C-Main)
  • C-Main (12 Cars – 12 Laps, Top 3 to the B-Main)
  • B-Main (12 Cars – 12 Laps, Top 4 to the Feature)
  • Feature (24 Cars – 60 Laps, Top 3 to Victory Lane after Checkered)

We are getting set for Week #5 with the Small Block vs. Big Block Dirt Modified Showdown at Lanier. Please remember the housekeeping items below:

1. PAYMENT FOR RACING WEEK #5 IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, DEC. 30, 2020, by 6PM. If you don’t submit a payment by the specified time, you won’t be allowed to compete (unless you have a good and valid reason). 2. RACE #4 INFORMATION & ORDER OF EVENTS: It will be Stock Setup for both cars. You will have a choice of running a 358 or BB when signing in. It will be a Night Race.
